This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (also referred to as “User) and Combine Couture Inc, (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Site”) with an address of PO Box 191635, San Francisco, California, 94119. Please read this agreement carefully before using any of company’s services or any of its affiliate or partner’s services. Your obligations and rights under this Agreement and in using this Site are not assignable. Your use and access of the CombineCouture.com web site constitutes your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. While using Combine Couture services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, and policies applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines, rules, and policies are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

By using the Combine Couture web site, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS THEREOF. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access, view, obtain goods or services from, or otherwise use the Combine Couture website.

1.You acknowledge that you are 13 years of age or older, and, if under the age of 18, are using this Web site under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to visit or otherwise use our Site. Company does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information or other information from person under the age of 13.

2. CombineCouture.com works with several outside Partners (also referred to as “Affiliates”), which are part of the service this Site offers to our users. By agreeing to this Agreement you are also agreeing to the Terms of Use for any Partner’s site if you choose to purchase from them.

3. Because many retailers or Affiliates sell on CombineCouture.com, Company does not guarantee available inventory of any or all products on the Site.

4. Combine Couture Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the content, information, or services provided through, or in conjunction with, our site. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information on the Site, and shall not be responsible for: (i) any errors of omission arising from the use of such information; (ii) any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of any content or service contained within our site or our partners’ sites; and (iii) any defamatory, libelous or unlawful material contained within the Site, including user Web pages, emails, profiles, opinions, advice, statements, memorandums or discussion board and blog postings. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk. Company has the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the CombineCouture.com Web site.

6. In exchange for use of Company’s services you may be required to register with the Site. Company reserves the right to have any or all chosen content require registration. In the case that registration is required you should provide accurate information about yourself. Failure to do so will be a breach of this agreement. You may not register under false names in attempt to impersonate or register as another person other than your legal self. Combine Couture reserves the right to accept, deny, or block any user at its discretion.

6. Company reserves the right to charge or any or all of its products and services. Company reserves the right change its pricing and/pr pricing structure at any time after seven days notice to the User. Continuous use of the Site after such notification constitutes User’s acceptance of the new pricing or payment structure.

7. Updates. As a user you are responsible for regularly reviewing this User Agreement. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at our sole discretion.

8. You will indemnify and hold Company, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and officers, harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Website, use of the Services, the violation of this Agreement by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

9. Liability limitations. Under no circumstances shall Company, Company employees, Affiliates, or retailers be held liable with respect to the website or the website services or the subject matter of this agreement in excess of any amount of fees paid including but not limited to data loss, site outages, procurement of substitute goods or services, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever or other situations and matter beyond reasonable control. Some U.S. states prohibit the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so if you are in one of those states this particular limitation may not apply to you.
